1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Neopages ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Neopages lets you host static websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and similar files) at public URLs under the neopages.xyz domain. We provide file storage, a web editor, and ZIP upload functionality.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to register.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
  • One person may hold one account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent limits is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Neopages to host any lawful static website. You agree not to upload, publish, or distribute content that:

  • Contains malware, ransomware, viruses, or any malicious code.
  • Is designed to phish, scam, or defraud other people.
  • Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
  • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or incites violence or hatred.
  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Constitutes unsolicited commercial communication (spam).
  • Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. Technical limitations

  • Storage: Free accounts may upload up to 4 MB per site and up to 100 files per site.
  • Static files only: PHP and other server-side scripts are disabled in hosted directories. Attempting to execute server-side code is prohibited.
  • No illegal content: Files that trigger antivirus or abuse detection systems will be removed and the account may be suspended.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By hosting content on Neopages you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Neopages, its logo, and all associated branding are our intellectual property. You may not use them without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.

Upon termination all your hosted files and account data will be permanently deleted.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep Neopages available around the clock but do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neopages and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neopages and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
